Dear Host Family
My name is Quene Lou, 23 years old from Philippines. I live with my mother (46), sister (15), brother (19), grandfather (69), and out cutie dog named zoey. We lived in Alabel the capital town of Sarangani province. My dad lives with his new wife and son half an hour away but, we don’t see each other. I graduated BS in Pharmacy last 2018 in University of Southern Philippines Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines. My first language is Bisaya then Tagalog and English. I started learning English since elementary until college.
When it comes to leisure, I take pleasure in the simple things in life. I enjoy being outdoors, being with my friends, going for walks, and visiting places I have not been to. I also enjoy listen to music and sing even though I am not good. Music makes me happy and forget about tiring day. I also enjoy watching volleyball. Playing volleyball is my sports. I enjoy watching series, dramas and animes. I also enjoy cooking and baking. I would describe myself as independent woman, flexible, honest, respectful, responsible, trustworthy and caring. I have experience helping my parents to look after my siblings in school since we are same school and I have experience being baby sitter with my cousin’s kid. I am prepared and well aware of the fact that being a big sister for your children comes along with the responsibility for them. I will treat them like my younger siblings.
At the moment, I work in our store which is a grocery and work as a driver for bakery business since we deliver. I recently resigned as a pharmacist here in our town. Since I have many nieces, I like spending time with them, taking care and have fun with them. I have this cutie niece he is chubby like her aunt which is me. He is making fun of me when we see each other.
I want to become Au Pair because I want to experience your culture. I want to learn new language and meet new people. To have new experience aside from my comfort zone. I want to learn from them and apply in reality.
I hope we can develop a good relationships, working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful year with you and your kids.
